Spa times are probably over, now it is after all a Super Value Hotel. With real wild pheasant in the garden!

I appreciated the hotel, it was spacious and impeccably clean, location was unbeatable and brilliant close to town centre. Excellent and attentive staff members especially the young blonde receptionist, everything was nice.

Situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Wales. Simply fantastic!
Hotel is rather in the seventies style and in the restaurant rather neglected. Restaurant staff were uninterested, did not pay attention to guests, preferred to stand together and chatter rather than take orders. Tables were not cleared. The food was quite good, contrary to the staff behavior!

I enjoyed the beautifully landscaped gardens and the inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The spa facilities provided a wonderful retreat, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist me .
A quieter dining experience would be appreciated.
